Healing Herbs - Nature's Best Medicine
Herbal medicine has gone mainstream for over a decade, but even more now that we are moving forward to be part
of a natural way of life.  Not only have we learned about natural cures mainly from the information made available
through the Internet, but we find that even the medical profession are more open to herbal medicine, in part
because family members, friends and patients have reported success with herbs.

European doctors often prescribe herbal remedies or in a combination  with pharmaceutical medicines, while
many American Physicians are still skeptical and many times critical of patients that come to ask for information.
The answer I believe lies in the fact that Medical training in  the this country ignores the history of herbal healing and
that  25-30% of prescription medications are still derived from plants, and of course without going into a different
subject the pharmaceutical industry is a "power" by itself!

Lets take control of our health! Research, learn, ask questions, and make a commitment to a healthier and
slimmer you!
Here we are aiming to facilitate  a search for  natural cures! Following are the names of herbs
corresponding to different conditions. Please consult with your local health food or vitamin
store,  or now that you have the herb's name you may search  on-line for store availability.
