Kidneys most of the time are taken for granted, maybe,  it’s because when they’re
functioning normally,  we forget of what a   truly impressive the function  the
kidneys have.  The kidneys not only  balance fluid content in the body, removing
extra fluid and water from the body  but, they  filter the blood,  produce an enzyme
(renin) that help control blood pressure, also produces a  hormone that helps
make red blood cells, they activate vitamin D to maintain healthy bones, and
adjust levels of minerals and other chemicals that keep the body working properly.
The basic function of kidneys begins when you eat
and drink. After the body takes the nutrients it
needs, the extras become wastes. Some of the
waste winds up in the blood and needs to be
filtered out. The blood gets circulated through the
body with every beat of the heart. We need to help
the kidneys to stay healthy by doing at  least twice
a year  a kidney cleanse, ridding our body of
toxins, and allowing the kidneys to function at its
full potential.
