The following recipe for the Lemonade Diet is found in your copy
of the Master Cleanser Book, pages 16-20. Following is a
simplified summary of the instructions, but please read the book
for your own information. It is recommended to follow the diet for a
minimum of 10 days. Use common sense and follow the diet for
as many days as you can take it, without of course exceeding the
recommended time.
How to prepare your Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet


  • The night before: Drink a Laxative Herb Tea.
(page 21) It is recommended that you have two or three
movements a day.


  • Every Morning: Drink a Laxative Herb Tea or drink
    the “Internal Salt Water Bathing” (one or the other,
    please make sure you don’t do both, it may cause
    diarrhea)

  • Every Evening: Drink a Laxative Herb Tea. (before
    bedtime)

                   The Lemonade:

  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon or Lime Juice (approx. ½
    lemon) Organic if possible. (page 17)
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup, Grade B (a little less if you
    want to lose weight)
  • 1/10 tsp Cayenne Pepper (a pinch) or one
    Cayenne capsule 4 times a day, 35-40,000HU.

in a 10 oz. glass combine the juice, syrup and cayenne,
aprox. 8 oz. Spring or Distilled water (you may use hot or
cold water. I personally recommend ice cold water, you
may add crushed ice.
How much to Drink: 6 to 10 glasses of the lemonade. Six
(6) is enough, if you want to lose weight.

Suggestion: It is suggested to blend part of the lemon
skin and pulp with the lemonade as it acts as a mild
laxative, helping with the cleanse.

Internal Salt Water Bathing: You may use this method in
the morning instead of the Herbal Laxative.

Preparation: Prepare a full quart of warm water and add
two level teaspoons of un-iodized sea salt. Drink the full
quart first thing in the morning. This method will cleanse
the entire digestive tract. If you are going out, give yourself
at least 2 hours before going out.

Teas:   You may drink during the day mint/peppermint tea  
green tea is recommended to help you burn fat,  and of
course  plenty of water.

The Benefits of Green Tea
These compounds work with other chemicals to intensify
levels of fat oxidation and thermogenesis, where heat is
created in the body by burning fuels such as fat. Drinking  
green tea regularly will increase your metabolism and help
burn fat safely and naturally.
  • Green tea also releases carbohydrates  slowly,
    preventing increases in blood-insulin levels,
    promoting  fat burning.
Weight is gained as excess sugars and fats are stored in
the body as fat cells. Green tea catechins can help prevent
obesity by inhibiting the movement of glucose in fat cells.  
There is now good evidence that green tea catechins are
related to reductions in body fat.
